Tray of sea and mountain mikados with skewers from the garden.

An ideal combination for the whole family, varied, fun and full of nutrients. You will leave both those who prefer meat and those who prefer fish speechless. And the best. Everything in one tray!

Wheat bread sticks

Long strips of ham

Marinated salmon

Cherry tomatoes

Mini mozzarella balls

Raspberries

Grapes

Chopsticks

Basil

Olive oil

Pepper

Modena vinegar

Long tray or large plate

* The quantity will depend on the number of diners.

1. Divide the toothpicks into two halves.

2. Roll up the cotton swabs. Wrap half of the toothpicks with ham. Place the ham on one end and turn it until it covers half of the stick. One strip should be enough, but you can use more as needed. Do the same with the other half, covering them with salmon.

3. Clean the tomatoes and cut them in half.

4. Assemble the skewers. The proposal is to make three types of skewers, one like a caprese salad and two with fruit. For the first, pierce one half of the cherry with the toothpick with the cut side down, add a ball of mozzarella and, finally, the other half of the tomato underneath. To make the fruit ones, prick a raspberry with the toothpick and the mozzarella ball. Do the same with the grapes.

5. Add oil, vinegar, pepper and basil on top of the vegetable skewers. You can also season the fruit skewers.

6. Plate. Place the salmon sticks on one side of the tray and the ham sticks on the other. If you present it on a plate, do the same by turning the plate with the chopsticks. Remember that the stuffed part is inside and the uncovered area is on the outside, this way it will be easier to pick them up. In the center of the plate or tray, place the skewers. You can make three rows, the tomato ones in the middle and the fruit ones on the sides.
