3 Exercises to relieve lower back pain

75% of the population suffers from low back pain. Practicing special yoga postures for this type of pain is beneficial. In this article we show 3 exercises to relieve lower back pain.
Yoga postures that will help you relieve lower back pain:
- Lie on the floor and relax.
- Raise your legs and support them on an object that allows you to lift.
- Extend your hands in a T shape.
- Hold the posture for 3 to 5 minutes, breathing deeply.

- Put the soles of your feet together with your knees out to the sides. Form a diamond with your legs.
- Lie down on the floor.
- Place your hands outstretched to the sides.
- Breathe deeply, holding the posture for 3 to 5 minutes.

If you have a more advanced level we recommend this posture:
- Lie down with your back on the floor and your arms in a T shape.
- Turn your hips to the right and bring your knees to the left.
- If necessary, support your knees on reinforcement or blocks.
- Hold the posture for 3 to 5 minutes.
- Do this same exercise with your knees to the right.
