INGREDIENTS (1 person)

1 teaspoon of Matcha tea.
150 ml of water.
Optional: milk (whole, semi-skimmed or vegetable), cinnamon, ice cubes, honey to sweeten.


  1. Add 1 teaspoon of Matcha powder to a bowl.
  2. Add 150 ml of hot or natural water (in the case of drinking it cold). If you want to drink it with milk, pour 75 ml of water and 75 ml of milk (to taste).
  3. Whisk vigorously until the powder is diluted and the top is foamy.
  4. Personalize it to your liking: Ice cubes (if it is to be drunk cold), a spoonful of honey if you need to sweeten, sprinkle a little cinnamon on top (for a touch of flavor).
  5. Ready to drink!
