COLD GREEN TEA WITH LEMON

Green tea, lemon and ginger provide great health benefits. This natural soft drink, full of vitamin C (essential for maintaining healthy skin) and minerals, is a good option to drink during the day.
PREPARATION
- Add the green tea, cinnamon stick, lemon peel and a pinch of ginger to a jug of boiling water for 3 minutes.
- Pass the infused water through a strainer.
- Cool the tea for 1 hour in the refrigerator.
- Add cubes, lemon slices and a few mint leaves to decorate and provide greater flavor.
- Enjoy your refreshment!

- Add the hibiscus, ginger powder, chamomile and red berries to a jug of cold water.
- Cool in the refrigerator for 2 hours so that it infuses well.
- Pass the infused water through a strainer.
- Add the lemon juice and ice cubes to the jug
- Decorate with mint leaves, lemon slices and dehydrated coconut.
