Properties of mushrooms:

  • Nutritionally like vegetables: 90% water. The rest are carbohydrates, fiber and protein.
  • High mineral content: phosphorus, potassium and iron.
  • Vitamins B (B2 and B3), C, A and precursors of vitamin D.
  • They contain beta-glucans.

Recipes to enjoy the flavor and properties of mushrooms:

Easy, good and fast. There are many variants and ways to make and use this recipe. You can add vinegar, nuts, present it with whole wheat bread, rice toast, etc. The point is to enjoy this gift of nature in the way you like best.


Ingredients Preparation
Assorted mushrooms (200-300g)

Onion (1 unit)

Garlic (1 clove)

Parsley leaves

Olive oil

Ground black pepper

  1. Clean and cut the mushrooms, onion and garlic. Mix them up.

  2. Add the mixture to a frying pan with a little olive oil until it softens.

  3. Mash the cooked mixture together with the chopped parsley and pepper to taste. If the texture is too thick, you can add another tablespoon of oil or water.

  4. Let it rest and... pâté ready to serve!

Recommendation: Store the pâté in a glass container and keep it in the refrigerator.

Assorted mushrooms (300g)

Vegetable broth

Onion (1)

Dehydrated tomatoes (2)

Dehydrated pepper (1)

Bay leaves (2)

Garlic (1 clove)

Parsley leaves


Ground black pepper

Potatoes for cooking

Olive oil

  1. Hydrate the pepper and tomatoes with water. Cut the potatoes into cubes and chop the parsley leaves and onion. Clean the mushrooms and divide the largest ones in half.

  2. Cook the onion in a pan with a splash of olive oil. Add the potatoes, garlic, chopped parsley leaves, pepper and hydrated tomatoes. Mix the ingredients.

  3. Add the mushrooms and vegetable broth. Let it cook for 10'.

  4. Add, to taste, a pinch of turmeric, pepper and bay leaves. Cover the pan and cook over low heat until the potatoes are cooked.

  5. Cool and enjoy this exquisite dish!
