Healthy Mango and Chocolate Ice Cream
INGREDIENTS
1 Handle
1 Plain Greek Yogurt
1 Chocolate bar with a minimum of 75% cocoa, but it is 85% better!
1 Tablespoon of Coconut Oil
Nuts (to taste)
PREPARATION
- Remove the skin and pit of the mango, and grind it until you obtain the desired texture.
- Add the yogurt and beat until you get a homogeneous mixture.
- Pour the mixture into cups or molds and freeze. It will be ready in about 3 or 4 hours!
Before eating the healthy Mango and Chocolate ice cream…
- Melt two ounces of chocolate with a little coconut oil in the microwave (30 seconds to a minute) and mix.
- Pour the melted chocolate on top of the ice cream and add chopped nuts to taste (pistachios, almonds, grated coconut...).
