Healthy Mango and Chocolate Ice Cream!

Fight the heat with this healthy mango and chocolate ice cream! It contains the properties and vitamins of mango, and the delicious flavor of cocoa. An ideal combination to refresh yourself at any time and provide healthy nutrients to the body.

Healthy Mango and Chocolate Ice Cream


1 Handle

1 Plain Greek Yogurt

1 Bar of chocolate at least 75% cocoa, but 85% is better!

1 Tablespoon of Coconut Oil

Nuts (to taste)

  1. Remove the skin and pit of the mango, and grind it until you obtain the desired texture.
  2. Add the yogurt and beat until you get a homogeneous mixture.
  3. Pour the mixture into glasses or molds and freeze. It will be ready in about 3 or 4 hours!

Before eating the healthy Mango and Chocolate ice cream…

  1. Melt two ounces of chocolate with a little coconut oil in the microwave (30 seconds to a minute) and mix.
  2. Pour the melted chocolate on top of the ice cream and add chopped nuts to taste (pistachios, almonds, grated coconut...).
